Our Process
Need custom printed safety apparel? Is your art not print-ready? We offer an easy, hassle-free, low-cost customization process for your high visibility needs.
Step 1: Determine the garments to be imprinted & the design(s) to be applied.
During this stage we’ll work together to assemble your custom hi vis shirts or vests order. From product selection to the logo application on your reflective safety gear. Inventory will be verified, and alternatives will be suggested if any issues are detected.
Step 2: Decoration Process Approval
Once your order and items are secured, your artwork will be sent to the design team to prepare your artwork for the printing process. Upon completion, we’ll prepare a design placement document for you to approve. After you have approved your design, your order will be placed into the production queue and assigned an expected production date.
Step 3: Production
During the production of your high visibility order, we’ll send weekly updates on your print order status. These updates will keep you posted of the progress of your order and report any issues if they arise.
Decoration Complete
Upon completion of your order we’ll send a fulfillment notification and tracking information so you can track your order on its way to your door. After delivery, we'll reach out to make sure that everything had arrived as expected.

Our goal is to retain your future printing business with quality work in a timely manner and a no-hassle ordering process. Our re-ordering process is fast, simple, and easy. Simply give us a call, send us an email, or message us on our website and we will prepare you new order for approval and production.
Customization Charges & Fees

Customization
Our print customization starts are $2.00 per location for a 1 color screen print. Additional colors can be added for a small upcharge, please contact us for multi-color or full color printing.

Setup Charges
The setup charges for your order cover the time required to create your silk screens for production, as well as the setup of the equipment and inks for the job, these charges also account for the time involved with cleaning up and preparing the equipment for the next production order in line.
$30.00 per location
Shipping Charges
These transportation costs provide all transportation to and from the decorator and delivery to your destination. These fees are passed along and are monitored and adjusted over time. It may take a few orders to dial in the exact shipping charges. We offer standard rates for smaller orders.
Standard Rates:
$25.00: 24-49 items
$35.00: 50-99 items
100+ items: quoted
Artwork Requirements
We understand that not everyone has perfect art ready for print. In most cases we can help you get your artwork together at no additional cost. In rare cases, we may need to include a small fee for art preparation. If there will be any artwork fees, we’ll let you know up front after reviewing your submitted art.
Preferred Artwork:
Vector art in .ai, .eps, or .pdf format
Acceptable Artwork:
Any image file that is not small or blurry.
We’ll need the largest and most clear image that you can provide. Our design team can usually work wonders with any design received, we’ll do our best to make it right!
